Thanksgiving Turkeys
Our young scholars made Thanksgiving turkeys to commemorate this season of giving thanks. They used glue, construction paper, googly eyes, feathers, and a healthy dose of creativity and imagination to end up with refrigerator-magnet-worthy artwork. Look at the photos below!
SmartStart Family Potluck at Blake Avenue
Dear Families and Friends of our young scholars, We invite you to join us for our yearly SmartStart Family Potluck on Thursday, November 21st at 11:30AM at our Blake Avenue location. All of our classrooms will unite as one and share in this special moment honoring the tradition of sharing during this joyous season.
Our 3K Class Made Play Dough!
Making play dough is a hands-on activity which engages the children in tactile learning. Mixing, rolling, and cutting up play dough helps with hand coordination and fine motor skills, which is an important pre-writing skill.
